Our chef Gary Hill was born and trained in Chichester. He has been in the Catering trade all his life. His career took him overseas to New Zealand where he had a Vineyard restaurant. He has also worked in a high class restaurant in Australia.

The a la carte menu is served Tues -Sat
Traditional Roasts are served on Sunday, During the spring and summer months fish dishes and salads will be available, Sunday lunch desserts change weekly.
Saturday entertainment nights either has themed dinner menus or a la carte choices starting from £7.95 including fish, scampi, chicken, steak, curry, pizza, and vegetarian options (service window from 7.00pm – 8.30pm, Lunch or Dinner parties catered for with Set Menu choices, Hot and cold Buffet.

Meals for homes, the kitchen is now taking orders for ready made meals, these meals are freshly prepared with quality ingredients and then frozen ready for you to take home, all meals come with cooking instructions, they are ideal for those on their own or those with a busy lifestyle, choose from the following.
